In recent years she has had held directorships of numerous organisations including Australian Dance Theatre, State Supply Board, Walford Anglican School for Girls and the Remunerational Tribunal.

Diana Lloyd B.For.Sci., GAICD Diana is a forester, consulting in forestry, environmental management and communications. Diana has over 20 years experience in the forestry sector. Diana is involved in forestry education through the Southern Cross University forestry degree in Mount Gambier. Diana is also involved in many local, State and National forestry associations, committees and advisory bodies.

Graham Foreman B.Ec. Graham held a number of senior Public Service positions prior to retirement including Chief Executive of the Department of Administration and Information Services and Commissioner for Public Employment. Graham is currently Chair of the Coast Protection Board and was Chair of ForestrySA’s Advisory Board from 1997-2000.
